I oversaw the full design-to-production process for this project. I collaborated with LEGO Creative team, external design agencies, our in-house print technician, and outsourced vendors to deliver high-quality designs and signs that aligned with LEGO brand standards. Acting as the bridge between the LEGO Creative team and multiple design partners, I ensured that concepts were executed consistently, on-brand, and on schedule. This role required balancing creative direction with production logistics to bring a complex, multi-stakeholder project to life seamlessly.
For this attraction, I collaborated closely with the Senior Project Manager and Safety Manager to design and plan the full signage package. Together, we ensured that each sign not only enhanced the guest experience but also met strict safety and operational requirements. I developed the layout plans detailing sign designs and their placement throughout the attraction, coordinating with an external signage company to bring them to life. From design through installation, I managed the process to guarantee clarity, safety, and integration with the overall environment.
